Bolivia 1999 Flag approximately 17 inches x 12 inches

Description

This flag  was part of a banner for the 1999 Pan-American Games held in Winnipeg, Canada in 1999.
(A 3/8 inch wide ribbon was sewn on the left side of each flag with approximately 12 inches separating each flag, resulting in a banner of 42 flags  over 80 ft. wide.)
Each flag is approximately 12 inches x 17 inches.  5 to 6 inches of the banner ribbon is included below and above ribbon that is attached to the flag's left edge.  Appears to be made of light polyester. Will be shipped folded.
