Outdoor Research OR waterproof hat w/ removable rain cover (off white / size L)

Description

This listing is for a used hat by OR. It has a removable rain cover and is very waterproof with it attached. Note that I've added small pieces of Velcro around the edges as I've found the cover can come off in high wind. I consider this an improvement but I can remove them if you really don't like them.
