    Description

Hand Crafted Painted Taos Drum Company Pictorial Buffalo Drum Painted by
    Guillermo Rosete
    Signed and Dated.
    Dated 2000
    13 1/2 inches in diameter x 3 1/4 inches deep
Condition: Very Good: Plays with a solid loud ceremonial like tone. I play this instrument by hand, but a simple beater could be purchased at any music store or online.
Description: This is an attractive drum hand crafted by a company with a long tradition of creating excellent and decorative Native American Style instruments.
This item was purchased for my collection thirteen years ago from a Berkeley, California, art dealer. Some original paperwork is still attached to the drum along with a price tag I believe to be from the Taos Drum Company: I believe the price at that time was 5.00.
